Colette Arredondo is an architect and designer based in New York City.
Trained formally in classical architecture, Colette uses classical proportions throughout her designs. She believes in creating beauty through the use of humanistic proportions, color, light, and quality craftmanship.
The function of her designs is equally important to their quality and aesthetic. This is why her furniture pieces obtain a strong organizational and storage element to them. Colette believes that, like architecture, well-designed furniture has the ability to help shape the way we function and feel in our daily lives.
Previously, Colette worked for Allan Greenberg Architect for 15 years. She has written several articles on architecture and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s classical architecture school. She is a registered architect in the state of New York.
