& Early Sideboard Cabinet by Jules Leleu (1883-1961).
Burled Elm & invory inlays.
Finely carved ball feet ending in "stylized lotus".
This piece is identical to a Cabinet made in 1925 for the Dining
room of the "Ambassade Française" at the "Exposition
Internationale des arts décoratifs et industriels" of
1925, in Paris, for which Jules Leleu received the "Grand Prix".
