Legendary Italian designer Gabriella Crespi is playing with biological forms with this piece. Crafting the stem and the shade to resemble a mushroom cap, the designer is bringing nature into the interior. The juxtaposition is further emphasized by using polished brass for the base and a natural material, bamboo, for the shade.
