Description

Medium: Mahogany, gilt bronze

Dimensions: 38.5 in high x 72 in wide x 81 in deep

This marvelous mahogany bed by Ruhlmann's nephew, and Art Deco great, Alfred Porteneuve, was conceived in the 1930s and features gilt bronze feet, built in night stands and a symmetrical footboard that rises from the center on either side, creating two symmetrical triangular shaped negative spaces, giving the piece a floating appearance.
